‘Business world will experience radical change in the next 5 years’

İSTANBUL , – STATING that the business world will experience

İSTANBUL , – STATING that the business world will experience radical change in the next 5 years, Stellantis Turkey CCO Ayça Furth said, “The concept of white collars has been replaced by ‘golden collars’. Being a gold collar is not about understanding a little bit of everything, but about knowing a job deeply. In the new business world where the talent market is shrinking, golden collars will create their own brands. This will create opportunities for equal access to competence for many organizations.”

According to the World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs 2025 report, 170 million new jobs will be created in the labor market by 2030, while 92 million jobs are expected to be lost. Stellantis Turkey CCO Ayça Furth stated that the business world will experience radical change in the next 5 years.

Ayça Furth said,“Companies’ path to success lies not in controlling their employees more, but in making space for their originality. The white-collar concept, which deepens with experience, is being replaced by creative and courageous gold-collar workers who are aware of their own limits. Because the basis of success lies in the liberation of employees with knowledge. At this very point, the human-oriented management approach challenges conventionality in the business world and gives a new direction to the future with the motto ‘White Collar Freedom Manifesto’. Leaders need to rediscover the path to success in such a transformation.”

WORK IN MANY COMPANIES AT THE SAME TIME

Ayça Furth stated that success can be achieved with small but strong teams instead of large teams with the strategy of ‘placing the right person in the right job’ by breaking the memorization on productivity and said, “In the traditional business world, there are businesses that do the same job with a high number of employees. However, as Stellantis, which serves as a foreign investor and mobility provider in the Turkish automotive industry, we can achieve the same success with a small team of experts. Because we analyze the human power correctly and evaluate the potential of the person at the most efficient point.”

‘GOLDEN COLLARS WILL CREATE THEIR OWN BRANDS’

“We need a new workforce that assumes leadership at all levels, thinks creatively, and pushes for success in different ways with deep expertise. Today’s white and tomorrow’s golden collar will transform business life and become a free economic force that cannot be employed with material promises. In the new business world where the talent market is shrinking, golden collars will create their own brands. This will create opportunities for many organizations to have equal access to talent. Individuals will now be able to work in more than one company at the same time. They will work 3 days a week in one company and 1 day in another. Some days, he will even spend time in nature without working at all.”

‘THIS WORKING MODEL WILL TRANSFORM THE WAY OF DOING BUSINESS ALL OVER THE WORLD IN THE NEAR FUTURE’

Stating that Turkey has started to make a difference in the global arena with its new flexible and talented workforce, Furth emphasized that artificial intelligence opens a great opportunity for employees and shared the details of the innovative projects they implemented as an organization in this transformation as follows:

“Artificial intelligence is becoming a necessity for both employees and leaders.Especially in the era of golden collars, human resources specialists play a critical role in building new teams. We are currently working with an initiative in Silicon Valley on how we can make recruitment processes more efficient by creating our digital twins.Because while the amount of data that the human mind can read or analyze is limited, using artificial intelligence in the process of finding the right person for a position is an exciting step for us. We believe that the working model we derive from here will transform the way of doing business all over the world in the near future.”
